About me
My name is Anastasia, and for more than 8 years I have been a portrait photographer and teacher. I now live in Panama and would be delighted to create memorable images for you in this sunny country!
Photography has always been more than just a job for me. Through it, I’ve learned to notice beauty everywhere—even in things that may seem ordinary at first glance. I believe this is my superpower, and more than 800 people (that’s about how many photo sessions I’ve done over the years) can confirm it!
Cool profile pictures are not my ultimate goal, because a photo shoot is so much more than just the result.

What is the photoshoot for me?
Photography is not only about the result, but also about the PROCESS. For many, it’s a completely new experience. If you felt uncomfortable during a shoot, you probably wouldn’t return to that photographer, even if the photos turned out fine.
My goal is for you to truly ENJOY the session! To slow down, relax, and appreciate yourself. Have you heard about the therapeutic effect of photography? It’s a chance to see yourself from a new perspective — from angles you could never physically see (like from behind!).
It’s an opportunity to refresh your relationship with yourself. And of course, it’s also about spending time with your loved ones, capturing important moments of your life beautifully, emotionally, and with style.
My favorite phrase is: “A photographer captures the moment. But if the moment doesn’t exist, they create it and then capture it!” So if you say you don’t know how to pose, I’ll be delighted. Together we’ll create memorable stories, and I’ll capture them with my camera.

Steps of our work
- First, we decide on the concept of the shoot. How many people will be in the frame? What style of photos would you like? I’ll show you several ways to bring your idea to life using reference examples (Pinterest is a fantastic app for finding inspiration). My job as a photographer is to make sure the vision I can offer matches the one you want to achieve.
- Then we’ll choose the right location — it could be outdoors, in a photo studio, or even at your home.
- Next, we pick the date and time. When booking, you make a $50 deposit to secure your spot.
- I’ll send you recommendations for styling (clothing, hairstyle, makeup), and if you’d like, I can share contacts of trusted professionals for your convenience. After my suggestions, we’ll finalize the looks, since they’re an important part of the whole picture.
- One day before the shoot, I’ll send you all the details again: time, location, and a checklist of what to bring.
- Then comes the big day! We meet, get to know each other, take photos and behind‑the‑scenes video, and marvel at how quickly time flies.
- Finally, you receive your finished images and enjoy life!
